“A fellow foodie friend recommended this tour and it was the highlight of our trip. We did the dinner walking tour. Great way to find delicious Hungarian restaurants and learn about the history of Budapest as you walk from one venue to the next. Our guide was knowledgeable and we had a lot of fun stuffing ourselves on stews, goulash and dessert.”

So much incredible food!Jennifer B

“Good and interesting food, with a lot of conversation of not just the food but about Hungarian history and culture. Much thanks to our guide Danielle for a great evening and insights into the Hungarian people. It was pleasant stroll through multiple restaurants and cafes sample traditional dishes, with a bit of the background on each and how they fit into the culture. Highly recommend.”

Great food and conversationJIM B, PETALUMA

“We enjoy food walking tours as it is a great way to see a new city, learn some history and get to sample some food! Our guide was Angela, who was friendly and informative. Lucky for us, we were the only ones on the tour! We went to a variety of places enjoying wine, drinks, appetizers, dinner and dessert at a coffee house, all while seeing the city and learning about the culture. Food and drink is included, as well as the tour, so it really is a good value and a great way to spend an evening or afternoon. Highly recommended!!”

Wonderful way to see the city and experience the foodLaurie S Aurora, Colorado

“We met our guide Ferenc at the Tasting Table where our tour started with a wine tasting and starter plate. Ferenc was a great guide and we really enjoyed the experience dining with two other couples. In one place we ordered 6 different Hungarian stews so we could all try a little of each. There was lots to drink, great conversation and a great food experience. We even walked into a ruin bar to see what they were all about. Well worth the money.”

“Our dinner walk was a great evening of food, wine and liquor. We visited restaurants we would never have discovered on our own and our guide introduced us to many Hungarian dishes and wines.”

“We did the Budapest Dinner Walk - 4 hour tour with the wonderful Angela as our guide. We learnt more about the country, the city and the people from Angela than you could ever expect as a tourist offering. The wine (and spirits) we drank, the food we experienced and the restaurants we visited were all excellent. This should be a must for anyone visiting Budapest. We will certainly choose another of your tours on our next visit. And again, thank you Angela, you are the best.”
