Why I Recommend This Tour
Trying out different local foods is one of the best things about traveling. However, you can only try so many restaurants on one trip. On this unique Budapest Dinner Walk, you’ll have the chance to try several great local restaurants in one evening while learning about Hungarian foods and the city’s wonderful culinary scene.
And what’s more, you won’t even have to make dinner reservations! This tour is also a great opportunity to meet other travelers in a relaxed atmosphere.

So much incredible food!
“A fellow foodie friend recommended this tour and it was the highlight of our trip. We did the dinner walking tour. Great way to find delicious Hungarian restaurants and learn about the history of Budapest as you walk from one venue to the next. Our guide was knowledgeable and we had a lot of fun stuffing ourselves on stews, goulash and dessert.”
Great food and conversation
“Good and interesting food, with a lot of conversation of not just the food but about Hungarian history and culture. Much thanks to our guide Danielle for a great evening and insights into the Hungarian people. It was pleasant stroll through multiple restaurants and cafes sample traditional dishes, with a bit of the background on each and how they fit into the culture. Highly recommend.”

Great Food Tour
“We met our guide Ferenc at the Tasting Table where our tour started with a wine tasting and starter plate. Ferenc was a great guide and we really enjoyed the experience dining with two other couples. In one place we ordered 6 different Hungarian stews so we could all try a little of each. There was lots to drink, great conversation and a great food experience. We even walked into a ruin bar to see what they were all about. Well worth the money.”
